Great Holistic Guide
This book really helps women understand what happens to their body when they go through menopause, and then provides practical strategies and techniques for how to improve the symptoms. The approach is holistic, and it discuss not only the physical challenges but the emotional challenges associated with menopause. There are also some really interesting topics that I didn’t consider, such as a support group and advocating with your healthcare provider when deciding which treatment plan is best. Finally, there are great bonuses, such as recipes and workout ideas. This is a great audiobook!
