Very helpful!
This book is an excellent resource for anyone suffering from Social Anxiety. I especially appreciated the facing your fear technique. To expose yourself to your fear in small increments to progressively change the irrational thought patterns that you have formed that create the anxiety. This book will help you feel more comfortable around people and end the isolation of being socially anxious. The workbook is a great accompaniment to the book to follow the healing exercises.
