Cute Storyline and Meditative Narration!

Cute story of a fairy who finds calmness and peace amidst unrest gives a great message to young reader.The practical approach using a story to teach meditation is an excellent tool to keep a child engaged.‘Whispering trees…Magical flower..’!Kudos to the author.Narrator did absolutely great work in keeping the narration with meditation theme.

Perfect for young girls

I have three young girls and yes they can get emotional.
The best thing about this guided imagery is that there is a coping model named Izzy that learns to "watch" her emotions come and go. How brilliant is that?!
Nice soothing fantasy music accompaniment and a perfectly calming narrator voice.
I'm a fan of "magic breathing."

New bedtime routine

It can be really difficult getting the kids down for bed but this book is a really helpful guide to slowing things down and clearing their minds. It's delivered in a way that is easy for kids to understand what mindfulness is and the breathing exercise is fun and engaging. It's a really peaceful way to wind down together overall. If you're looking for something to help with hectic evenings I'd encourage you to give this one a try.

Engaging & Relaxing

This is an engaging and relaxing audiobook that's very pleasant to listen to. The story is about a fairy who tries to find her joy and sparkle again by discovering a magic flower. Along her journey, it invites and guides children to emotional calmness by effortlessly incorporating breathing exercises. I love how it equips children to control their emotions with its simplicity!

Magical and Calming for Kids!

I just finished this with my kids, and it's wonderful! The story of Izzy the fairy is enchanting, and the guided breathing exercise really helps them relax. The calming music and easy-to-follow exercises are perfect for bedtime or any time they need to unwind. It's a great way to teach kids mindfulness and emotional regulation. Highly recommend for parents looking to add a little magic and calm to their kids' routines!

I enjoyed this book so much

The first time I listened to it I was listening to vet it and see how I can use it with my little one who has been prone to tantrums. I loved that it is short enough to listen to a couple of times in a sitting. Then, I asked her to come and listen to it with me. We had many stops where I was explaining what things mean, but the book ended up so good for us. Now if I tell her, 'practice your breathing, hun,' she knows what to do. That I think is the best commendation I can give this book.

Mindfulness Introduction

This book is a wondeeful way to introduce young children to mindfulness. The tale gives great audio cues to help slow down a young childs mind. The narration compliments the story beautifully!
