Spiritually sound, superfluous outlining

This title has sound fundamental basis, once it actually gets into "the program." The tenets of spiritual protection and discipline are spot on (though rather rigorous requests for most people, I imagine). The biggest issue I had was the length of time focusing on the author and program espoused. The numbering of tenets was distracting to the flow of listening to the actual (sound) doctrine presented. Narrator speaks distinctly, but seemed like just reading an outlined to-do list.
