Useful information with pleasant narration

In these difficult and confusing times, this book is very helpful and a key to living a meaningful life. I found this book fascinating. I had never heard of the stoics but these ideas are still relevant today.
I especially enjoyed the narrator - her voice is pleasant to listen to and she sounded kind, which helped bring the text to life.
