About this listen

In this classic work, Professor George G. M. James methodically shows how the Greeks first borrowed and then stole the knowledge from the Priests of the African (Egyptian) Mystery System. He shows how the most popular philosophers including Thales, Anaximander, Plato, and Socrates were all treated as men bringing a foreign teaching to Greece. A teaching so foreign that they were persecuted for what they taught. He further shows a comparison of the teachings of the Mysteries to what they taught and with the former predating them the Professor’s point is made clear, "In truth there is no such thing as a Greek Philosophy."

This book is full of knowledge.

Great book, but the audio sounded funny. I will likely buy this book in paperback to have the knowledge to refer to.

Worth a listen

I loved the voice of Mr. Stewart and he kept my attention through this difficult subject. I'm not a scholar and so I'm unable to comment on the content except to say that Mr. James' theories and propositions are pleasantly surprising.

From this book, even if you don’t agree with them, motivates me to go out and do my own research so I can educate myself further and others

it contained good information. it seemed as if the information was being repeated because the thesis didn't have counter statements

Dynamic Book.

Best research that I have ever heard in a long time. I wish it had infinite stars because that’s what it deserves. Even to put the scholarship of Plato and Socrates to the test is nothing but divine awareness.
