This was a sweet book to listen to. The story grabbed me from the beginning. It was inspirational and interesting. I love romance that ends happily ever after!

The narration was not the greatest when it came to dialogue. But overall it was pretty good and it helped when I increased the speed a little.

This is a good story. Irene leaves home and takes a teaching job in a little community that is set in there ways. I didn't like the way they treated her. But I do understand the old womans point. She had been the teacher for ever. It would be hard seeing someone way younger come in and take your job. But she wasn't able to keep on. This is a good storyline. Kasey Logan does a good job narrating this book.
