I had the opportunity to listen to this audiobook and after listening to countless other books in this niche, I can definitely say this is the most comprehensive and well-researched of them all. From laying down the foundation to what shadow work is and how it can help to setting healthy boundaries and accepting self-compassion, this audiobook has you covered. I'm very excited to put my new found knowledge to the test and see if it can help me move forward! Oh, another important chapter in this book is the importance of routines! I feel like that is a really misunderstood and under rated aspect to a positive life. Having a routine has helped me soooo much and listening to it again has just reinforced the importance of it!
