I truly appreciate the author’s honesty in sharing her personal story, rather than offering another flat audiobook filled with generic tips. This book reflects her journey toward regaining control of her life. Every single exercise is thoughtfully designed for people with ADHD and broken down into 20-minute challenges included in the attached PDF, a real bonus.
