Great Combo!
These two books address two proven methods of weight loss that combined create a hyper-weight loss program: intermittent fasting and good nutrition choices. If you are new to intermittent fasting, this book starts you on a very doable, comfortable pace. There are mental exercises to help you make good choices that are not emotionally triggered. There is so much great information here! I highly recommend it.
