I love that this audiobook comes with a free pdf of the book! I tend to listen to books in my car, so i can't jot down notes. it's SO NICE to be able to reference the text later. I love this book's gentle approach. There aren't just hard and fast rules, but lots of room for flexibility to suit any individual's needs. The author also helps readers be proactive by providing solutions to every imaginable problem! Have this symptom? Here's your solution! Traveling, eating out, getting sick, reprimands from others who don't understand benefits of fasting - solutions are all here!! I'm fascinated by how much physical energy and mental clarity have changed with fasting- my mom and I are both excited about the anti-cancer benefits. I highly recommend this resource!!
