This is the most complete audiobook I've seen on this topic

I thought this was absolutely great. The author discusses the different options for implementing intermittent fasting, but more importantly, how to coordinate your other health efforts to get the most of it. For example, she talks about when to exercise while fasting to get the most energy from it. There's also a really great section about how to stay on track while you're traveling. The information here is incredibly helpful.
