A Refreshing Take on Menopause
As someone just beginning my perimenopause journey, I deeply appreciated the book's holistic approach. There’s so much negativity surrounding menopause, but this book reminds us it's a natural, empowering phase of womanhood. As a sex-positive person in both my personal life and career, I especially loved how the author addressed even the more taboo subjects with openness and grace. It reminded me of a conversation I had with a close friend, where we agreed that embracing this stage, rather than fearing it, felt like reclaiming a new sense of freedom.
