Conditioning your eating and sleeping habits for maximum performance. This will take you literally to "The next level", whether training for fun , self-defense or a Pro-Fight. In my Vegas Gyms I call this "Basic Training" and is required of all my trainees from Pro-Fighter to beginner housewife. It usually takes between 7 to 12 months to complete.
