Very useful guide for all parents
As a parent of two teenagers, I really felt that this audiobook had a lot to offer. Particularly in the area of restraint and dealing with sudden changes in attitude and outbursts. The stress that parents go through simply because of the stress that our teens are dealing with is very real, and being able to come up with some healthy coping mechanisms is crucial for family synergy. This book provides many of those strategies and are fairly easy to implement at home. Overall, I would highly recommend this book to come up with some good strategies for dealing with social skills and parenting challenges.

Grrat book!
Not bad at all, pretty solid actually. Covers a ton of ground on executive function and social skills, and it's all laid out in a way that makes sense, especially for overwhelmed parents. I liked the structure and clarity. That said, something felt a little off or maybe just... not fully engaging? Could be my state of mind tho, I was at the hospital when I listened. Gonna give it another go. Worth checking out.
