Introduction
Pretty good summary, Choose food from "all" food groups, while suggesting to go vegetarian, seems contradicary. All fats are not created equal, fat is needed to fell satisfied. Some of the food suggestions were helpful and why I listened to the book. I am trying to go vegetarian and need new food ideas.
