The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. I look forward to reading more from this author with An Antique Alibi: A Thrift Shop Cozy Mystery (Secondhand Sleuth Mysteries Book 2) high on my TBR list. Enjoyable read/listen

Virtual voice lacks proper emotional inflection. It was hard to follow the plot and hard to care about the plot when I was following it. Terrible.
