Interesting take on manifesting a happy mind

Great book

I agree with the author that each of us has visionary qualities, and some people sometimes have fears, stress, and worries. As I was listening to this audiobook, I was looking for an understanding of mindfulness and meditation to help me positively see things the calm way. When I plan to do things, I envision how to handle things properly. I see how other people use their skills to help explain patterns, such as preventing yourself from being anxious and stress-free so you can live healthy lives. The narrator’s voice is excellent, and the story feels educational.
