I didn't want it to end

Definitely credit worthy. I'd love to see this as a movie. I love this narrator but sor some reason I had to increase the speed so the speech was faster. Fantastic story!!!!

What an amazing book!

Nick Trout, the author of this book, hit me with a bull’s-eye right in my heart. Never in my life have I listened to a description of our relationship with dogs that is better than this one. he made me laugh. He made me cry. He made me realize a bunch of things that are deep truths about our relationship with our canine friends.

Inspirational story of the human animal bond

This story is about many things, the courage of humans and the courage of dogs, where they find common ground and they way they can lift each other up across species. It illuminates the enormous role dogs play in the lives of modern people. People who understand dogs will "get" this book.

Slow but good

I am a dog person. have read all of Nick Trouts other books. liked the underlying premise but wish I would have read this book versus listening to it. His other books are better

Compassion

I love story I love the storyline should be a required reading for middle school age. Shame on Disney for not making the movie. Hopefully it will be a movie and hopefully soon.

Spellbinding Story

Plot draws you into the lives of the characters and makes you feel included. Helps you feel a motherr's pain of loving her child with Cystic Fibrosis. Creates great hope for the future.

Beautiful story, so well written. I cried throughout the entire book. But the ending was worth it.
