Great information!!!!
the author does an amazing job of identifying unproductive moments in your day that could be utilized for moments of mindfulness. she also gives you ways to spread your mindfulness practices to others, like starting a mindfulness circle of friends and/or colleagues.
I'm a long time, albeit imperfect, meditator, and I found this to be a useful listen. I also don't think it would require any meditation experience to get use from this book!

As a working parent constantly juggling responsibilities, "The Wonders of Mindfulness Meditation for Busy Adults" has allowed me to include mediation to my busy schedule. This book made it easy to fit it into my hectic schedule. The practical tips include how to use mindfulness to relax by focusing on one body section at a time, how to lessen physical pain, and how to center it on the senses or through imagery. Examples are also provided as to how individuals can relax regardless of their profession. If you just think of this without trying it you might think it silly, but try it and you will be surprised as to how much better you will feel. Now, I start my mornings with a short meditation, and it’s amazing how it sets a positive tone for the rest of the day. If you’re always on the go, this book can serve you well.
