 Someone, or something, is killing people in the rural areas of counties north and west of Austin. Brains are being removed, and bodies mutilated. An ancient curse also claims zombies will return, to take revenge for a long ago massacre.
Texas Ranger Jim Blawcyzk knows there are no such creatures as zombies. But who are the twisted psychopaths behind the killings? What are their motives? Jim himself nearly falls victim to them. A fellow Ranger does.
