About this listen
In the small city of Banker, there are many lawyers, but only one Esquire.
The reputation of Charles "Esquire" Everson was well-known throughout the community, and now all eyes are on his protégé, Theodore Walker. One morning, Michael Ganvis barged into the office, barefooted with a gun in one hand, and a problem in the other. He’s on the run for robbery, attempted murder, and eluding police officers. As Theodore listens, he discovers that Michael is the brother of Pastor Thaddeus Ganvis - the pastor who was arrested for first-degree-murder and freed from the hands of the enemy by Charles "Esquire" Everson. But, something doesn't seem right about Michael's testimony. At the end of his confession, he surrendered his weapon and awaited the arrival of the police.
Theodore pondered on the potential of the case, and dove headfirst with two agendas - to prove the innocence of Michael Ganvis and to prove, just like his mentor, that he can free a Ganvis from injustice. The stakes are high, and everything is not what it seems.

Remarkably Suspenseful
Ware shares his remarkable story, with narration by Brandon Maloney in Theodore Esquire Walker Proven Grounds. I have read Ware's stories for a long time, and am a huge fan of his Theodore Esquire series. Now, it practically comes to life. As I know it now, this book is only currently on audio, and listening to "Esquire" makes the story even more enjoyabe. The story is definitely suspenseful, and an amazing plot that brings Walker to life, and a new case. I like how the narrator's voice changed depending on what story was being told, whether be Walker or the narration of the story. This author is a great storyteller. Magnificent story, kept this reader turning the hanging on every word of the story. A definite attention grabber. The sense of thrills and intrigue is clear and the characterizations are engrossing. Love this story. Huge fan of TK Ware. This story was intriguing and kept the reader guessing. The author's technique of intense characters and great plotlines is a gift. It's a great story to listen to and try to figure out what will happen next. Especially when a confession throws off the entire case, very suspicious if you ask me. Theodore Esquire Walker: Proven Grounds on audiobook is a definite listening recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to listening to many more titles by this author.
