There is so much information in this that everyone should read the book. I say read the book because an hours could be cut from this book if the phrases, “quote... end of quote” were removed. It was said so much that it became very annoying. Sometimes it was said for the dumbest reasons. I know it is imperative to state exactly what was said but you don’t have to do it every time. Other than that, this was an excellent book. I just suggest reading it so quote, you don’t have to hear quote, end of quote every other sentence, end of quote.

Very Informative
