I guess a lot of this is basic information if you've been educating yourself on financial as well as physical health. I wasn't convinced of the correlation between BMI and wealth. A lot of the wealthy women I know are NOT thin and I know a lot of poor women who are. There is some value in the book as to some of the advice given if this is your introduction into wealth and health.
