Think Smarter With Adult ADHD was an incredibly helpful audiobook to listen to. Much of the descriptions that it brought out along with the struggles were ones that I could identify with. The book reviewed the struggles of recognizing the challenges of ADHD, but not using them as roadblocks but opportunities for growth. People with ADHD have an ability to hyperfocus on activities they are truly interested in. The strategies that this book gave tapped in to actions to use this superpower to an advantage.

This is an excellent toolbox book for the people with ADHD. First of all it defines what ADHD is, making it easier for people with it or without it identify this problem instead of laughing it off, ignoring it or doubting ourselves. Secondly, and most importantly this book gives great practical advise, tools and strategies to actually tackle this condition, as ADHD has its pluses and minuses. Excellent and useful book definitely worth to buy!
