Desperate for answers, Lana sneaks in as an extra, only to get stranded with Griffin Hart, an A-list action star with a reputation for good abs and bad decisions. Story
Liv’s happy with life in her thirties. She has two cats, one BFF, and no boyfriend, which is just how she likes it. Plus, she loves working at a not-for-profit software company where she can be her authentically autistic self. This is her happy ever after. But when her beloved firm merges with a repulsive rival, Liv finds herself competing with her sort-of-ex for the top job. Sure, Finn had been Liv’s best friend, with his nerdy good looks and their shared love of Tolkien, but there was that one night, their song, and … well, she doesn’t like to talk about it.

Ryder, Garrett, Kenzo, and Diesel - The Vipers. Their deals are as sordid as their business, and their reputation is enough to bring a grown man to his knees, forcing him to beg for mercy. They are not people you mess with, yet my dad did. The old man ran up a debt with them and then sold me to cover his losses. Yes, sold me. They own me now. I’m theirs in every sense of the word. Hearfelt, Captivating Audible
This book had me completely hooked from the very first chapter! This audiobook pulled me in with its heartfelt storytelling, deep emotional conflicts, and the kind of slow-burn romance that keeps you hanging on every word. Claire’s journey was so compelling. Her struggles to rebuild after heartbreak felt raw and real. I found myself rooting for her as she navigated her life through a web of small-town gossip, professional challenges, and the undeniable chemistry with Oliver. Oliver was such an intriguing character. The tension between them had me completely invested, and I couldn’t stop listening to see how their story would unfold.
Being a social worker, I was pleasantly surprised this book wasn’t just about romance. It touched on healing, self-discovery, and the courage to take a second chance on love. The narration brought the characters to life beautifully, making every moment even more immersive. If you love small-town romance and a love story that lingers in your heart long after it ends, I highly recommend this audiobook.

Emotional, Honest, and Hard to Pause
This audiobook pulls you in right away with a main character you can truly connect with. It’s a heartfelt look at starting over, love after loss, and the emotional messiness that comes with it. The small-town setting adds charm without feeling cliché, and the story balances romance and personal growth really well. If you enjoy emotional stories that feel real, this one’s definitely worth the listen.

Great story!
I do love a quick story, but I found myself wanting there to be more!! The narrator does a great job switching between voices and her voice is perfect for this book. This book drew me in immediately. The author did a great job describing the scenery throughout, the characters and the feelings the characters were going thru. I wish it was longer, I thoroughly enjoyed this one, I would highly recommend this book!
