About this listen

From USA Today Bestselling Author, Suzanne Jenkins!

The theme of life after a snowstorm is slow dancing, couples falling in love, or out. A new neighbor moves in next door to Pam, Lisa discovers love in an unexpected place, Tim finds comfort in someone who has always been there, and Sandra decides to appreciate what she has in her hands. In the city, a major shake up at Lang, Smith and Romney leads to the proverbial pot of gold for Sandra. Randy has a shocking visit, and in return, takes back a promise he made to Pam in Greece. In the background, Karen Carpenter sings.

Be sure to read the epilogue, Return to the Beach!

A character-driven drama with a cast of characters

“She looked at the mess of the apartment, which reflected the mess of her life.” This story and the entire Pam of Babylon series feature a cast of characters that are real, flawed, and riding the twists and turns of life as best they can. Like Sandra who, Having been arrested for murder, is now free and hoping the charges would be dropped. She also is looking for a PI to find out Tim’s whereabouts while spending her time in Michael’s bed.
The writing is captivating and the virtual voice narration is incredibly expressive. Five stars!
