Helped me recognize and move on

I recently began to realize that my past relationship was toxic. I had thought we just didn't click and moved apart, but realistically it was not a healthy situation. This book not only helped reinforce that realization and made me see more areas of that relationship that were not great, but made me see the path forward to creating new connections. I've been nervous about new connections because of not knowing how to communicate my past trauma to new people, but this book has started giving me the vocab and ways to talk about it that allow to safely tell people what I need in new connections and start on the right foot.

I had to find some of this information the hard way

This book explains in a calm peacful and positive way to realize what is really going on. It gives techniques that really work. Some of them I learned the hard way and some of the techniques in this book I never even heard of or thought of. This book is vital! I highly recommend it.

Overcoming Bad Relationships

This book, Toxic No More authored by Janet Cruz, provides insight into the dynamics of toxic and harmful relationships. There are many in these types of relationships who, unfortunately, do not realize it until it they have lost their self-esteem and the essence of who they are. It is when the truth of their situation is revealed to them and they are able to identify with it, that change and healing can begin. This book presents as an information and resource guide to shed light on toxic and harmful relationships, and provide strategies for change and healing. I highly recommend it.

Finding My Way to Peace

This book talks about toxic relationships. It explains how to spot them. It gives tips on how to protect yourself. It also tells how to build healthy friendships. I believe it is a helpful book for anyone. It provides clear advice. It makes you think about your own relationships. My grandmother stayed in a bad relationship for many years.
