What made the experience of listening to Traded the most enjoyable?

I loved the two narrators. I knew who was about who was reading.

What did you like best about this story?

The story was a pretty good one. There were times where I could predict what was coming, but on a whole I enjoyed the whole book.

What does Honey Scarlett and Leeroy Will bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The way they narrated the story. I did not notice it was by 2 people until I heard the second one. I loved how they did the story.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I would have loved to have been able to just sit and listen to the whole story at once. It catches your attention and doesn't want to let go until the end.

Loved it sooo much!

I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher. This was my 2nd audiobook by Honey and Leeroy, I really enjoy the rough quality to Leeroy's voice. Well done

Really, I am so glad she was traded!

I was given this book in return for my honest unbiased opinion. I really liked this book but at the beginning of the story I thought I was going to go crazy. i can't deal with mental or physical abuse. Her husband was a jerk hut man the best thing was the trade. I loved this story and won't give away all the good parts. The narration was great as well. This book is sn overall win.

The synopsis is misleading

This wasn’t the story I expected when I went into this. Rather than a dark romance, it was about an insecure woman who finally gets out of an abusive relationship. The synopsis hooked me, but there were many things that bothered me while listening to it.

The hero was supposed to be this ruthless loan shark, but all he does is make empty threats. I thought this would be more of a captor and his captive falling in love, but Ashton is kind and considerate to the heroine from the start, agreeing to let her husband only repay him half of what he owes by trading her, after mere seconds of their meeting. He talks kindly to her, buys her things and takes her to the spa, all while expecting nothing from her.

Elena was such a frustrating character for most of the book, especially at the beginning. The way she always brought herself down and justified every of her husband’s actions was over the top. She was weak and let her douche of a husband walk all over her.

There was nothing wrong with the narration. Rather, it was one of the redeeming points of this audiobook. I especially liked how we would hear the hero or heroine’s voice in a dialogue even if we were not in their point of view.

If you’re looking for a dark romance, this wouldn’t be the one for you.

Whoa the narration!!

who narrated this book... Batman. the storyline was good I could not get over the voice of the male narrator I felt like I was a character in a Batman movie. and the female voice was not convincing at all the story itself was good the plot was good the build-up was anti-climatic.

Intriguing

Who would put mod type stuff with the chance to get a young women out of a abusive repressive relationship? From the get go you go back back and forth from loving and hating the book. There is A LOT of strong language used non stop in this book. There is graphic sex acts. There is the degradation of a young women. ( this is the hate part) but then you get hooked in to finding out where the heck the author is taken you with this crazy mix. Put it this way it was no typical walk in the park . And strangely that's what made it good for me at least. I LOVED the different characters voices His so strong and her so soft and sweet added to the story itself. I received this book at no charge in exchange for an honest review.

It's beyond words😭❤️💕

This book is so good! It is a dark and heartfelt life struggle that happens in the real world. This is a book for all the women who believe they are not worth it and for all who think they can't be happy! Ashton and Elena's love and trust was amazing! I loved loved how all of his family including him treated their women with such love and respect! This book truly touched my heart ❤️😭❤❤️😘💕🎉🎊😊😇

I am glad I took a chance on this book

Don't judge a book or a man by its cover. This was a good feel romance story that includes a hat clown of a husband a lone shark with a heart of gold an a woman discovering her worth. Narration was good. Wroth a credit, I was provided this audiobook at no charge by the narrator in exchange for an unbiased review via Audiobook Boom

An hot and steamy alpha story.

I was given this audiobook in exchange for an honest reviews. At first I wasn't sure if I was going to like this story as it starts off a bit rougher than I usually like. The husbsnd (a total a$$) does a indecent proposal and offers his wife to a loan shark to cover his debt.

As much as you want to dislike the loan shark, he is a total alpha and you can't help but swoon.

The loan shark goes about teaching the wife (who is a typical abused woman) how a man is supposed to be treated.

Despite the rocky start, within a few chapters I was hooked and totally invested in the story.

The vocal performance is brilliant and I totally recommend this book to anyone who favours dark alpha romances.

Enjoyable, wrapped up so quick and easy tho

So unfortunately, I thought the make narrator was a little over the top. The female narrator was great though. The story was quite interesting for a while but the last 10 chapters or so started to drag until all the sudden everything's resovled and it's all over. It felt a tad rushed, which I've noticed is common with one shot romance novels such as this. I was somewhat engaged but not on the edge of my seat.
