The explanations about different trauma types were clear and not overwhelming. I especially appreciated the end-of-chapter check-ins - they gave me a moment to reflect on what I'd learned.
The narration pacing was perfect - not too fast or too slow. If you're looking to better support a child through difficult experiences, this is definitely worth a listen.
