Annoying voice, boring dialogue, little mystery

The reader’s voice is so annoying; especially when doing the main character - squeaky, sing songy, grating. Sounds like a toddler. The main character is very petty and immature; so maybe the voice makes sense? 95% of this book is boring, irrelevant dialogue. There is no action; just retelling of conversations and events that already happened. Struggled to get through to the end.
