Publisher's summary

Four pretty little liars' charmed lives have turned into living nightmares.

Emily’s been shipped off to Iowa to live with her uber-conservative cousins. Aria’s boyfriend is behind bars—because of her. Spencer’s afraid she was involved in Ali’s murder. But Hanna’s fate is far worse: She’s clinging to life in the hospital because she knew too much.

If these girls don’t start listening to me, Hanna's going to look like the lucky one.

filled with suspense

What made the experience of listening to Unbelievable the most enjoyable?

The reader, she is so perfect to portray teenage girls

Which character – as performed by Cassandra Morris – was your favorite?

Spencer, she is always been my favorite

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

hmm I'd need to think on that one

Any additional comments?

So far out of all the PLL'S books this one really had me coming back for more, guessing what would happen next and I was sad to see it end because it left me with unanswered questions but I was happy when I realized book five was out and I wouldn't have to wait for it.

Guilty pleasure overload!

Would you listen to Unbelievable again? Why?

YES

What about Cassandra Morris’s performance did you like?

It took me some time to get into her narrating. Her voice is the perfect voice to play 16 year old girls. She was able to depict all the characters perfectly

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

All of the above

Any additional comments?

Love PLL! Would not recommend this book to your young daughters. It has a lot of sexual content for a YL book.

Knowing

Spoiler alert…….

Watching the series first I knew Moana was the first A so I knew that. But I will say I like Wilden better in the books than I did in the show. I’m sad that Caleb isn’t in the equation for Hannah and it is weird that Lucas is kissing Hannah. I do like his character in the series but mainly as a friend. I guess I feel that way because I adored Caleb.

Amazing story

The voice actress sounds too young to be telling this story. She doesn’t sound like a teen. It’s very distracting to the storylines.

"A" reviled

In this book you find out who “A” is and who Ali’s Killer is :) I guessed “A” wrong (it ended up being my second suspect) but I did guess right as to where all the secret information came from. I had no clue about who Ali’s killer was but to tell you the truth I am still not sure they got the right person. I guess I will have to listen to more of this series to find out (darn twisting my arm). This series is a guilty pleasure for me. I am 26 and should not get a kick out of this shallow gossip high school stuff but these books just draw you in and force you to care about people you should find shallow, spoiled, rich brats.

Better than the first two

Good story, better than the first two books. And interesting how different it started to become from the show. The narrator needs to enunciate better. Pronounce words that end in 'ten', 'tin', and 'ton' instead of cutting off the 't'. It's pronounced 'stray-ten' (straighten), NOT stray-en! same for cotton and button! It's not cott-en or butt-en. Really annoying!

IT can't be over?

Where does Unbelievable rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is a light easy to listen to book. The characters are fun and interesting and the plot line entertaining. It is not the Count of Monte Christo....but it has a wonderful apeal. Ranks in the top 200....and I've read thousands.

What other book might you compare Unbelievable to and why?

Unbelievable is a strong contender in the young adult genre. It is for girls what the Ranger Apprentice is for boys.

Which character – as performed by Cassandra Morris – was your favorite?

I really like the character Emily. Cassandra makes her personality come alive.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

There were funny and sad parts....no outloud guffaws though.
