Very entertaining

Give me more like this. I like the hooks and that it keeps you guessing at the end.

Educational

I had no idea that some of these controversies even existed! Specifically, the wild theories about the first NBA lottery being rigged in the Nicks favor! I appreciated the deeper look into the Olympic pairs figure skating rigging and the science of deflating footballs.

Must listen for sports conspiracy theorists

If you like sports, and conspiracy theories, this is must listen! Loved all of the inside intel and surprise twists. The host is a great storyteller & the series is well produced with old TV clips & music woven into the episodes. Perfect listen for your next long car trip.

Great storytelling

One of the most enjoyable books I have listened to this year. Makes me remember what excited me about sports.

Kinda average honestly though the topics are compelling

Covers some of the most controversial and compelling sports stories over the years and promises some revelatory facts but ends up each time the same. Like saying they’re gonna uncover some fascinating mystery but it ends up being a lame payoff at the end. Gets old after about the third subject. Probably wouldn’t listen to a second edition.
