Informative and easy to understand.

"Understanding Hormones for Men" by Dr. Ashley Sullivan came at a great time. I've been struggling with some health issues, and it made for good listening while I was indisposed. The thing that struck me was how easy Dr. Sullivan makes it to access the info. She avoids a lot of jargon you can find in similar books. Instead, she puts stress-management, hormonal health, energy, and a bunch of other topics on a level anyone can understand.

I think anyone who listens to the audiobook will come away with a lot of practical advice for things like diet and exercise. Granted, none of the information is revolutionary, but Dr. Sullivan's way of connecting the little things we do every day to our long-term health prospects is excellent. And if we're honest with ourselves, we tend not to think too much about hormone health - this book emphasizes its importance for living a long and happy life. An excellent audiobook.

Regardless of how much you know, or think y8o8u know about men's health and hormones, this book will teach you something new. There's a ton of information, along with easy to follow steps to improve your health. I highly recommend!

Get Ready To Feel Like Yourself Again

I grabbed this audiobook out of sheer frustration with my energy levels—and I’m glad I did. It breaks everything down in a way that’s easy to follow, even if you’re not a health nut. I’m going to start making a few small changes from the audiobook tips, and see what happens over the next few weeks. My guess is I’ll have more energy and better focus. If you’ve been feeling off but don’t know why, this is 100% worth checking out.
