Get Ready To Feel Like Yourself Again
I grabbed this audiobook out of sheer frustration with my energy levels—and I’m glad I did. It breaks everything down in a way that’s easy to follow, even if you’re not a health nut. I’m going to start making a few small changes from the audiobook tips, and see what happens over the next few weeks. My guess is I’ll have more energy and better focus. I picked up this book hoping to learn a bit more about what's going on with my body, and I was impressed with the amount of information that it contains. This book makes the complex super simple and easy to understand. It takes what always feels like really difficult to understand issues of health, energy and hormonal imbalance and completely transforms them into simple lifestyle changes and actionable steps.
