The change of sounds sometimes distracts me from the hypnosis..either too many ..or too sharp..I do better with water and wind..might just have to play it more often to get comfortable with the audio.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Well I would tell you in the review there is nothing to hear but a bunch of sounds like a full blown fire crackling and roaring for 20 minutes, which makes me nervous that I will start to enjoy the sounds of a huge fire...being a fire starter is not my goal!! Then an ocean breeze for 20 minutes and it continues with 6 more sounds all for about 20 minutes each. I did not hear one word spoken nor have I heard one musical note. I guess that's what they mean by subliminal: only my subconscious hears it. I am going to listen to it in my sleep for one week and we will see if I start to unleash any psychic powers or if the others I purchased and will play in the same play list work.

What do you think your next listen will be?

Sleep learning system or selfeggio meditations. I chose this series first because they are short and I can play several in a playlist while I sleep at night. I am going to give it a fair shot though before I run to the others.

What does the narrator bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

What narrator? I did not hear one voice on this thing and I purchased 3 other titles and they all sound the same: 20 mins of fire crackling, then 20 minutes of an ocean breeze, then 20 minutes of high winds etc.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

uhhhh no... I don't think so

I have other audio subliminal affirmation where you can actually hear the narrator nothing came through except for nature sounds with sharp sudden noises that kept bringing me back to conscious awareness

Would you ever listen to anything by Subliminal Hypnosis again?
