Such a great book to jumpstart, or re-jumpstart, your positive way of thinking. I found myself getting into a rut lately, and went looking for some positive affirmation books to help pick me up a bit. So glad I came across this audiobook. It offered so many affirmations, ranging from many different topics. I particularly liked the ones on motivation and drive and success and achievement.
