This is a great book on personal transformation by shifting your mindset, changing your habits, and the power of visualization. We all deal with negativity and bad habits to some degree, I walked away from this book with a sense of knowing how to put that aside and focus on me. Visualize where and what I want. Being able to be a better person. The author's anecdotes really drive this information home but making it relatable. It's a nice short and concise book that gets right to the point, there's no fluff here and I look forward to listening to it again for a refresher when I start going askew. Highly recommend!!

Most of us understand that what we focus on is what we draw to us, whether wanted or unwanted. And just on that note: what we don’t want is sometimes as helpful as what we do so that we can glean a better understanding of what we actually DO want for our lives (with the imperative caveat that we must be consciously AWARE of what we don’t want that we are attracting and not asleep at the wheel). But as you begin to consciously implement the law of attraction, it’s so important to clear your old emotional and energetic wounds and programming so as to become a more open channel. So, I would recommend something like Teal Swan’s “The Completion Process” to go along with consciously practicing the law of attraction. The more open you are, the more powerfully you will attract what you want, and the part of you attracting what you don’t want will no longer be in operation because it will have healed and integrated within your energetic framework. And it’s this kind of mindset that makes me LOVE B.E.Townsends work here. Not only does he help the listener navigate and clear old patterns holding us back, but he also delivers a ton of information that I had not previously come across (which is nuts because I read and listen to this kind of stuff all day every day), such as “the reticular activating system” and a bunch more. WHAT?! This author is TUNED IN. A fantastic LOA title that deserves a lot of attention.
