Expand Your Mind
Unveiling Revelation: The Approaching Storm is well-written. For believers in the Christian faith, this book can be both soothing and startling. There are always questions about the writer's interpretation, but this book is solid and gives many perspectives on the Book of Revelations and the final days. The choice of narrator is perfect for this book and its content.

Light in the Darkness
I've always avoided Revelation—too many symbols, too many interpretations out there. This audiobook finally made it accessible without oversimplifying. The narrator's calm approach guided me through concepts like the Rapture and Tribulation without the fear-mongering I've encountered elsewhere. I appreciate how it balances scholarly depth with practical application for today's Christian. My small group is using it now, and it's sparked some of our best discussions yet. Perfect for anyone who's curious but intimidated by this complex biblical book.

Thorough and clearly presented! True to the Word!
The thoroughness of each line-by-line analysis was sometimes repetitive of what was already clearly stated in the text of scripture. This is not necessarily a criticism as it is a statement of fact. Good for some, tedious for others.
In addition I noticed the following statements pertaining to the letter to Smyrna: at time stamp 24:45 you seem to state that spiritual discernment saves! And furthermore at 24:54 remaining faithful = salvation (spared from 2nd death). I may have missed something since I know you believe that salvation is by grace. Many other statements Kiely clearly present salvation as the sovereign work of Christ.
And finally, I looked for a statement as to where Kiely sees the Rapture of believers? Certainly before the bowls of God wrath! However, since the scripture doesn’t give is a clear statement of the timing of the rapture, we as expositors shouldn’t.
I was blessed and strengthened in my faith as a result of reading your book.

Cool book
First of all, the narrator is awesome. That really helps. But the book itself is really clever. I love the use of Biblical imagery to make the story unique. I dug it!

This is a PERFECT book for your study library!
I had the audio book and hadn't even gotten through it before I had to have a print copy as well for my study library.
This book is an expository commentary on the whole book of Revelation from the first verse to the last and in my opinion is rooted in sound theology. The part that I found especially refreshing was the tie-ins to other verses in both the old and new testaments. It is good to see a passage in Revelation and then see it expanded upon with other parts of the Bible which helps tie the books of the Bible together as a whole. It also doesn't go down long rabbit holes or into deep speculation. It simply presents (in book form) what could easily be an educational lecture on the book of Revelation.
If you are new to Revelation, this is an easy to read and easy to understand book. I appreciated the information on the 7 churches. I simply take these areas as an admonition not to fall away when we are tempted or face persecution. After all, doesn't Jesus Himself tell us to watch/stay awake/remain faithful/not fall away when the last days approach so that we can finish the race? Isn't that the "perseverance of the saints"? Just my two cents and something that I already encourage others to be aware of as the time draws near.
This author is 6th seal / pre-wrath believer (as I am also...but I only figured that out recently through my own studies). It is more explicit in the charts included with the printed book but is found in the preface and chapter 7 of the audio book. Overall, give this book a try. I think it makes a good reference and I recommend a print (ebook or paper book) copy as well for future reference and for the charts.
