About this listen

Heal your entire body and your mind by stimulating a single nerve!

If you’re like most people, you feel that something in your body is out of balance. You get random aches and pains. You’re more tired than you should be. And those extra pounds just won’t go away, no matter how hard to try to rev up your metabolism.

Have you ever wondered why this happens to so many people? Allergies, depression, obesity, chronic inflammation, and many other diseases are on the rise, even though people are taking more and more medications. Scientists have been wondering about this, too. But it’s only recently that they have discovered the probable cause of many chronic diseases.

You see, there’s a nerve that runs from your brain to all of your major organs. It regulates your breathing, heartbeat, digestion, stress levels, inflammation processes in the body, and much more. It’s called the vagus nerve. And your lifestyle is probably preventing this nerve from functioning properly.

Fortunately, most vagus nerve blockages can be fixed with special techniques and exercises. Do them regularly, and you’ll see your health improve dramatically in a matter of weeks! This unique two-book bundle is a comprehensive guide to vagus nerve stimulation that focuses on practical healing techniques you can try at once.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How to identify whether your symptoms are caused by your vagus nerve or something else
  • The surprising truth about how your vagus nerve can hinder your weight loss efforts and how to stimulate it for maximal weight loss
  • What is the wide range of exercises and techniques to heal specific conditions such as depression, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, and many others
  • How to balance your gut microbiome for optimal gut-brain interaction
  • How to boost the effects of vagus nerve stimulation with supplements and a wide range of yoga techniques

Natural vagus nerve stimulation is safe and has no side effects. Just try it and see what happens! It’s time to regain your health. Your body will thank you for it.

Four Hours Of Information in 12 Hours

I purchased this book, because of the good reviews, and playing time, but am disappointed by the content, and narration. The first narrator speaks too fast, and without inflection. The second narrators voice in shrill, and spoken in the manner of someone reading a second language for the first time. The content of the book is long winded, pedantic, and repetitive. Chapter 7’s topic is Exercises, 10 minutes into the chapter the author is still droning on about how to use the exercises. This is the worst book I have ever read. I will never buy another book without first listening to a sample of the narration.
