This is a massive audible about this topic.
This is a wonderful audio cookbook for Athletes, highly flavored food and playing with new ingredients and flavors. The recipes are imaginative, intensely flavored and a snap to throw together. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Thanks Arnold Smith for sharing this audible.

The audio book contains a lot of information.
Great meals and definitely helped me get my daily protein as a vegan. I enjoyed them. I just started on my fitness journey and my kitchen knowledge is limited. The audio book contains a lot of information about Plant-Based Diet Plan. Thanks author.
