Magda Eggens (1924-2016) var en svensk-ungersk författare, fritidsledare och förintelseöverlevare. När Tyskland ockuperade Ungern 1944 skickades Magda och hennes familj till koncentrationsläger. När kriget tog slut var det bara Magda och hennes ena syster som överlevt och de evakuerades till Sverige. Magda bestämde sig för att berätta om sina upplevelser under kriget när nynazismen och förintelseförnekare blev aktiva i Sverige under slutet av 1980-talet och 1992 publicerades hennes första bok, "Vad mina ögon sett".
