About this listen

Ten years after the march of Sunderin, the trolls continue to poison the Fairy Realms, and Violetta, Queen of the Faes, occupies the Fairy Castle. The surviving fairies live in hiding on the Isle of Naviila where they’ve sheltered Ethywyne Eleganta’s daughter Lira, the only fairy youngling. When Violetta ensnares Lira with a promise to help find Ethywyne, the fairies are forced into a questionable alliance. As they struggle to unravel the tangled web of secrets motivating Violetta’s mysterious actions, the fairies must return to the Realms and embark on a perilous quest that will decide the fate of Fairykind.

This second entry in the Eleganta trilogy is a tale of goblin pirates, hidden chambers, unpleasant men, magical beards, hairless wolves, fabulous feasts, impeccable fairy hospitality, a chilling game of hide and seek, a plethora of fairy dust, and so much more. It’s a story of trust and betrayal, of redemption and revenge. It’s the tale that must be told.

Feels like a movie!

I have read the entire book Violetta and have listened to the first 6 chapters through Audible. I love the story, the descriptions of the author, the action, and the loyalty & tenderness of the fairies. Hearing the book makes everything come alive and I can visualize the scenes in a movie. The narrator does an excellent job doing different voices and accents of the characters. Listening to the story quickly got my attention!

Simply Awesome!!!

Book 2 of the Eleganta series does not disappoint. The fairies continue their journey to find Eflowen. They face many obstacles and struggles. Who do they trust and who do they not? A journey you dont want to miss. Highly entertaining series in the magical land of fairies. Great narration brings the characters to life. Hope there are more to come.

Engrossing fantasy world

Not having read book 1 of the series didn’t hamper me in the slightest. The characters have dimension, the races are varied and beautifully described, and all of the different traits making them unique and wonderful. The journey this mismatched crew went on was an interesting one for sure, forcing growth and trust in all, even in those who resisted. Narrator has a pleasant voice and made the listen enjoyable too. Looking forward to book 3!
