Put on the whole armour of God, Daily!
What I like about "Vitality: The Lord Is My Strength: 365 Christian Affirmations of Faith" By Grace May, is that you get a daily positive dose of spiritual affirmations. If you desire to boost your confidence to take on the challenges of the world , this is a fine resource to keep your mind focused on the blessings afforded to those that hear and believe the word of God. Matthew 7:24-25.

Self-Help Meets Spiritual Vitality
In the secular world of self-help, affirmations are a time-tested way to change your mindset. Before listening to this heartening and joyfully narrated book, it had not occurred to me that affirmations can play a meaningful role in maintaining, improving, and even transforming your spiritual health. As the author explains, possibilities are limitless for those who find strength in God.
One of the things I appreciate about this book comes even before the affirmations, namely a lovely discussion of the meaning of spiritual vitality and examples of some of the author’s favorite scriptures relating to vitality. This part beautifully sets the stage for what is to come and also creates a sense that the author is a supportive friend talking about something important to her.
The affirmations are grouped into 14-day sets, with a single affirmation each day. Appropriately, the author encourages us to read (and repeat) each affirmation aloud and to reflect upon its meaning. I also like that while not every affirmation focuses explicitly on God, the affirmations in each set and throughout reinforce each other as a coherent whole. The listener feels stronger, more peaceful, and may I say vital.

Wonderful Christian affirmations
This audiobook has daily affirmations to strengthen your faith and allow you to connect with God every day. Each one is quick and easy to incorporate into your daily routine, which is great for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of extra time. The narrator's voice is soothing, perfect for this type of audiobook. I love this daily reminder of God’s strength! Perfect for all Christians.

Excellent for uplifting!
There is nothing better to uplift than the Holy Writ. This book does a wonderful job of presenting Bible Scriptures meant to help, motivate, encourage and uplift in any time of life. The scriptures were applicable and meaningful. A well done book!

Excellent Resource!!
Grace May has written an incredible book and the narration by Kim Miller is phenomenal. In fact the narration really adds to the strength of the message in the book.
Doubt creeps in to everyone's daily life no matter how strong your faith. The affirmations in this book really help re-strengthen that bond and remove the doubt from your life giving you renewed confidence. The great thing about how this book is organized and structured you can incorporate its teachings into your daily schedule / routines without adding more to your plate. In today's world with everyone so busy that is an amazing thing.
Thanks for writing such a great book. I highly recommend it!!!!

Beautiful Audiobook
This book of faith through Christian affirmations is a beautiful way to connect with your faith and revitalize your life through scripture.
