About this listen

It is always better to walk in knowledge than blindly without knowing why. I am one who wants to know why, what, and where. This book explains the reason why you need, and should, eat the foods for each vitamin, mineral, and more. It explains the foods that go with each vitamin, mineral, trace element, cell salt, and more and what function in the body that they help with.

Deficiencies are how our body reacts (symptoms) when there is not enough. It is simple and to the point. Symptoms tell us there is something wrong that we need to correct. It is so easy to look up your symptoms and start the process of healing by either eating the foods or taking what is needed.

This is a very short book with very little to no commentary. The writer stated goal is to get right to the point and she does. She goes through each nutrients, tells you what it’s for and the side effects could be for being deficient and where the good sources are to get them. The information was good I just would’ve preferred a bit more detail. I think this book is good as a quick reference at the end of the day I’m still looking for another book on nutrients.
