If you don't already have some other reference (written or verbal) then the heavy vocabulary is meaningless. I did not find it easy to memorize words and then try to put them together. If you want to learn Danish all-audio, go with Pimsleur. And yes the pauses between English and Danish are excrutiating. But if all you need is vocabulary or a refresher, this would probably work.

Slow and tedious

The pace is much too slow. The method is to pound vocabulary and it just moves tooooooooo slow. First an English word, then........................... the Danish word about 3-4 seconds later. I'm ready for the Danish word right away.
Didn't work for me, got bored with it. Now shopping for something else.
