This audiobook, overall, wasn't bad. It made some really good points about walking, but it constantly repeated things throughout. For example, it would say, "walking for weight loss" every chance it had, and every time it would bring up any section about benefits, I just remember hearing the same "cardiovascular health" pop up. It was narrated by AI, which wasn't bad, but you could tell. It had pauses in words like, "Omega. Three." It would say a few things wrong like, "pilates" would become "peelaytees". It did have some recipes I want to try like banana oat pancakes. It wasn't bad, just needs some tweaks in the delivery.
