Staying Consistent
I have a hectic schedule and frankly, I don't like working out. I don't stick with exercise routines that require a lot of my time so the routines in this book have been perfect. I can squeeze the routines in to any day, no matter how busy I am and don't need any equipment. It makes working out easy. I've noticed improvements in my core strength and overall fitness.
