Wall Pilates für Frauen ist fantastisch! Kein Fitnessstudio, keine verrückten, teuren Trainer, nur tolle Workouts zu Hause. Es ist perfekt für Anfänger (glauben Sie mir!), einfach zu folgen mit Bildern und Videos, und trainiert den ganzen Körper. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall - 5 Sterne!

Dieses Hörbuch ist perfekt für alle, die mit Wand-Pilates-Übungen fit werden wollen. Die Anleitungen sind klar und leicht verständlich, ideal für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene.
