Good for relaxation

I don't think I've lost any weight as a result of this audiobook, however it is really good for going to sleep.

Still on the fence.

I am not sold on weather or not this helps with weight loss, but after over a year of listening it does help me fall asleep faster.

Ever since I started listening to it my cravings for sweets got worse... I've never liked cookies but the last few days I can't stop eating them ( and no I'm not pregnate) I started to want soda, even though I typically go for a flavored water or crystal light ...
