Loved it!
I love these affirmations because I really felt like they were for me. Being a black women in this society we have to constantly remind ourselves that we are “more than enough”, that our hair, skin and bodies are beautiful. I really appreciated this book. This is definitely going to be birthday and Christmas gifts.

Powerful to listen to
I found this audiobook extremely empowering--it speaks to being a strong, black woman. I like that it's split into morning and evening affirmations so you get something a bit different throughout the day. I've been listening/participating with this audiobook for several days now and my days have been much improved. I will continue to do so--and mixing it up with the badass positive affirmations is a treat! I'm going to keep listening and following along with the accompanying PDF and I, too, will love myself :)

Very inspiring audiobook
A great book to rewire your brain with the power of affirmations and subconscious mind. You will learn how to focus on positive things, loving thoughts about who you are and how to achieve what you wish the most. I liked that author also emphasizes that you need to take the action necessary to make things happen what I miss often in other books on mindset.

Another Awesome Book Soyini!
I was given this book as a gift and I am grateful for it! The accompanying PDF is Beautiful and the narrator has such a lovely, soft and gentle voice which just enriched the experience.
My Favourite Affirmation from the book is "I learn from my mistakes and my successes."
PS: Just because the title says its for Black Women does not mean that you shouldn't buy if you are not. I'm not and loved it!

Powerful Positive Affirmations
I've listened to a few other books on positive affirmations, but this one was the only one that made the greatest impact. I really loved the background music and the narrator's voice. It was both soothing and influential. The book has very powerful content about self-empowerment. It hits home and keeps you listening. This book gets a high recommendation from me. Cheers.
