Invaluable guide
This audiobook has been very empowering and validating for me in not immediately jumping to the hysterectomy route, asking the right questions of my doctor, and being wholly informed of my alternative choices. I think I will eventually end up taking the hysterectomy route, but by then, by following the advice in this book, I feel that i will be more prepared than ever. A really great guide.

I’m glad I listened to this before my hysterectomy
This audiobook gave me honest advice about what to expect and helped me feel more in control. The questions to ask my doctor were super helpful. I also liked the tips on getting my house ready for recovery—they were things I wouldn’t have thought of. The big lesson for me was being mentally prepared, not just physically. If you’re going through this, I recommend this book—it really helps you face it without all the worry.
